One of the most important keys to leadership is Goal Setting! Great leaders always have goals. They write them down and they stick to them. Sure not all Goals can be reached; but without any goals there is nothing to reach for. Setting goals is one of the greatest tasks leaders face today. Leaders must possess the ability to communicate to each individual they have a stake in the desired goal. Leaders have to create expectations where ownership and attainment of a goal is personal to each individual. What are your goals? If you don’t have any spend some time and write them down. Once there on paper now you have something to look at to remond you what goals you have.
