Were talking about leadership again. One thing that I have learned in leading people is Attitude. Your attitude in how you make decisions and give marching orders will make all the difference in the world. Far too many times I have seen leaders make decisions and give orders with a bad attitude because they fear the response. They think that by having a bad attitude that some how this will cause everyone to want to drop everything they are doing and get to work; but this is so far from the truth. The reality is that when you have a bad attitude in leading your people, your people will have a bad attitude. Here is a video that will help your understand this concept a little better.
