My name is Eric Jackson. I have served 17 years in the United States Air Force. I have had the wonder privilege to supervise Airman throughout the Air Force. I have also served as Senior Pastor of a Southern Baptist Church. I believe “Everything Falls on Leadership” Proper Godly Leadership is the key to an effective ministry and an effective witness. I believe that while there are those who are born with Leadership thrust upon them, I truly belive anyone can lead if properly trained and mentored. My goal with this blog is to do exactly that; properly train and equip you with tools you need to help you become a successful leader as a Pastor, Lay Leader in a Church or Manager/Leader in the work place.
